The main features and internal functions of the base station integrated cabinet are explained in detail

  The base station integration cabinet is mainly used for wireless communication base stations, including the new generation of 3G systems, communication/network integrated services, access/transmission switching stations, emergency communication/transmission, etc.

  1.Base station integrated cabinet structure:

  The base station integrated cabinet is made of a hot-dip zinc plate with a thickness greater than 1.5mm. It is composed of the outer box, the inner metal parts and accessories.


  2.Base station integrated cabinet main features:

  

2.1 The box body is dustproof, sunscreen, rain proof, etc., fully adapted to the outdoor environment.


2.2 The equipment cabinet body adopts ventilation and heat dissipation (heat exchanger can also be selected as heat dissipation equipment), MTBF≥50000h.


2.3 Battery cabinets use semiconductor cooling (roadside cabinets do not have this configuration).


2.4 Each cabinet is equipped with DC-48 V lighting fixtures.


2.5 The cabinet provides the power and environment monitoring function. Alarms such as power failure, power failure, access control, temperature, humidity, smoke, water leakage, and battery voltage can be uploaded.


2.6 The layout of the cabinet is reasonable, facilitating the operation and maintenance of leading, securing, and grounding cables. Power cables, signal cables and optical cables all have independent inlet holes that do not interfere with each other.


2.7 The cables inside the cabinet are made of flame retardant materials.


2.8 Cabinets are assembled onsite.



  3.Main technical performance indicators of base station integrated cabinet:

  

3.1 Operating conditions: Ambient temperature: -30℃~+70℃; Ambient humidity: ≤95%(+40℃); Atmospheric pressure: 70kPa~106kPa;


3.2 Material: hot dip zinc plate


3.3 Surface treatment: degreasing, rust removal, rust prevention phosphating (or galvanized), spraying;


3.4 Cabinet Bearing ≥600㎏.


3.5 Enclosure protection grade: IP55;


3.6 Flame retardant: meet the requirements of GB5169.7 Experiment A;


3.7 Insulation resistance: The insulation resistance between the grounding device and the metal parts of the housing shall not be less than 2X104M/500V(DC);


3.8 Voltage resistance: The voltage resistance between the grounding device and the metal parts of the box is not less than 3000V(DC)/1min;


3.9 Mechanical strength: vertical pressure on each surface > 980N, vertical pressure at the outermost end of the door after opening. 200N.

4.4 AC power distribution system: AC input switch: 1 2P/60A; Ac load switch: 1 channel 1P/60A; 1 way 1P/16A; Maintenance socket: single-phase 3-hole socket. All the above switches comply with the IEC60898 standard.


4.5 DC Power Distribution System (Optional) : DC load switch: two 1P/32A and two 1P/16A


4.6 Monitoring System: provides alarm functions such as power failure, power failure, access control system, temperature, humidity, smoke, water leakage, and battery voltage.


4.7 AC and DC lightning protection system: The AC power distribution part contains lightning protection devices, whose rated current is 60KA and maximum flow rate is 100KA. The lightning protection device for the DC power distribution (optional) has a rated pass current of 20KA and a maximum flow rate of 40KA. The lightning protection device has a remote monitoring junction.


4.8 Lighting system: Each warehouse is equipped with DC-48V lighting.
